Every mug or tee is printed, pressed, packed, and sent by us — which means:

Your order is made fresh (like a new jug of milk). We ship Monday–Friday. (Closed weekends to spend time with our herd) Your order is wrapped like a precious baby moo.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

1–3 business days (approx) (Each item is hand-pressed fresh — not sitting dusty on a shelf!)

Delivery: 2–4 business days (does not include processing time; time frames may differ during holiday periods)

IF SOMETHING ARRIVES DAMAGED

(Hopefully not — but couriers/Posties sometimes charge through deliveries like excitable cattle!)

We’ll replace it immediately — no fuss, no guilt, no sad moo noises.

TRACKING

Every order comes with tracking because nobody likes mystery packages unless it’s cake, or if you're me and hoping it's a highland cow wrapped in Christmas paper!

RETURNS & DAMAGES

What To Do If Your Order Arrives Sad:

(Broken, cracked, or looking like it fought the courier — or just not what you expected!)

Step 1: Deep breath. We’re sad together. It deserved better.

Step 2: Snap some photos. Grab pictures of:

The item(s) (showing damage/fault if applicable)

The packaging

Your order number. Send everything to us within 48 hours, and we’ll replace it ASAP. In some rare cases, we may ask you to return the item so we can investigate, but we’ll cover all the shipping costs. Don’t worry — Hubby will chase that courier down the street like a caffeinated calf with unresolved issues.

Step 3: Send us a moo-ssage. Head to the Get in Touch page and attach everything, or use the form below.

Step 4: We replace it — fast. No blame. No questions. No item-shaming. Just a new one on the way.

Step 5: Celebrate your fresh replacement. Give it a gentle welcome — it’s been through enough.

Change-of-Mind Policy

Because all Coffee & Moo designs are hand-pressed to order (fresh, like milk!), we can’t accept change-of-mind returns on any items.

This includes:

  • You changed your mind.

  • Chose the wrong design

  • Decided you wanted another vibe instead

If the item is faulty, damaged, or we sent the incorrect one, we will always replace it — that part never changes.

Wrong Item Received

If the chaos goblin in our brains accidentally sends you the wrong mug or tee — whoops!

Just send us:

  • A photo of what arrived

  • Your order number

We’ll fix it straight away. Depending on the situation, you may keep or return the incorrect item. Either way, you will never be out of pocket for our mistake.

EXCHANGES

(Because We Get It - Sometimes the Vibe Isn't Quite Right)

Mugs: Because our ceramic mugs are hand-pressed to order for you, we're not able to offer exchanges for a change of mind or incorrect size/design choices. We put a lot of love and chaos into each one, so please choose your mug vibe carefully! (If your mug arrives damaged or faulty, please see our "What To Do If Your Order Arrives Sad" section above.

T-Shirts: We want your wearable chaos to fit perfectly! If you order a tee and it doesn't quite fit or you've chosen the wrong size, we're happy to arrange an exchange for you.

Here’s how to make your tee exchange happen:

  1. Condition: The tee must be in its original, unworn, unwashed condition, with all tags (if applicable) and original packaging.

  2. Contact Us: Send us a moo-ssage via the form below within 3 days of receiving your order to let us know you need an exchange and for which size.

  3. Return Shipping: You will be responsible for the cost of returning the original tee to us. We recommend using tracked postage. We will send you our address for returns.

  4. Replacement: Once we receive and inspect the returned tee, we'll happily send out your replacement at no additional shipping cost from our end!
