💻 Do I need to create an account?

Nope! You can checkout as a guest — quick, easy, no commitment. BUT creating an account does make things smoother. You can track orders, save your details, and it helps us find your order faster if you need help. No spam, no weird herd emails — just convenience.

🛒 How do I place an order?

Easy!

Find a mug you love (warning: this part is dangerously fun).

Hit Add to Cart.

Checkout, add your details, choose payment.

⏱️ Can I cancel or change my order?

If your mug hasn’t been pressed yet, we might be able to change or cancel it. Once pressing begins, we’re locked in — but message us ASAP (form below) and we’ll see what we can moo-ve.

You can:

• Use the filters to see mugs that fit multiple moods (yes, even the spicy ones 👀).

🚚 Where do you ship?

NZ-wide + Australia (our neighbours across the ditch).(Planning to expand once we master logistics… and patience.)

Really want one of our mugs! You can always get in touch if you live outside these countries and we can get a shipping quote for you and send an invoice via paypal.

📦 How long does shipping take?

NZ: 2–4 business days (After processing 1-3 days)

Australia: 7–12 business days (after processing 1-3 days)

Customs Fees (Australia)

Your country may charge tax or customs fees on arrival. Sadly, we cannot moo at customs to make them go away — please check your local rules.

📍 Do you offer click & collect?

Yes! Pickup is available from rural Te Poi / Matamata. Once your mug is printed, we’ll email you the full address & pickup details.

🕒 Pickup Hours: Mon–Fri • 10am–5pm 
 CLOSED Weekends = for coffee, cows, chaos and whatever life throws our way.

💥 What if my mug arrives broken?

💥 If Something Arrives Broken (hopefully not — but couriers/Posties sometimes charge through deliveries like excitable cattle)

Please send:

*A photo of the packaging

*A photo of the mug

* Your order number

We’ll replace it immediately — no fuss, no guilt, no sad moo noises.

⭐ Do you make “character” mugs?

We don’t create direct replicas of any copyrighted characters (because jail doesn’t look good on us 😌)

 BUT… 😉

If you’re after a vibe, a theme, or something inspired by your favourite fandom, creature, aesthetic or chaotic little guy, we can usually create something that gives the energy you’re looking for without copying anything official.

Basically:
If you want the “I know who that reminds me of” vibe… we’ve got you.
Send us a message with what you’re thinking and we’ll see what kind of magic (and mild chaos) we can whip up. 🐄✨☕

✍️ Can I add my own wording or name?

Absolutely! Use the Custom Mug listing and add your text in the notes. Cute, funny, sentimental, R18+, Down right feral — you name it, we print it. We cannot accept return or exchanges on these.

📸 Can I request a photo mug?

Yes — IF your photo is high quality. Your image needs to be clear, sharp, and at least 300 DPI.

If you send us a blurry potato-quality photo… we're good, but we're not wizards — we can’t magically un-blur your nana, your dog, or your wedding photo from 2007.

No screenshots, no tiny files, no cropped Facebook pics. If you're unsure, send it through and we’ll let you know if it’s print-worthy!

☕ Are your mugs dishwasher & microwave safe?

Your mug is low-maintenance (unlike me before coffee).
It’s dishwasher and microwave safe, but if you want it to live its longest, happiest life, gentle handwashing is always a bonus.

🌍 Where are the mugs made?

Blank mugs are sourced both within NZ and offshore, but all printing, pressing, packaging, and finishing is proudly done in New Zealand by us — one mug at a time. Some artwork is created by the mug goblin (Doreen), and some is carefully sourced from licensed designers we work with.

🕒 How long does it take to make my mug?

Processing time is 1–3 business days, depending on how wild life gets.

⭐ Do your colours match in real life?

We try our absolute best to make the colours in our photos match the real mug.
BUT — every phone, laptop, and monitor shows colours a little differently, so shades may vary ever so slightly.
No drastic surprises, promise. 💛
