Send everything to us within 48 hours and weโll replace it ASAPโฐ๏ธ๐ฅ Donโt worry โ Hubby will chase that courier down the street like a caffeinated calf with unresolved issues.
Step 3: Send us a moo-ssage
Head to the Contact Us page and attach everything or use the form below.
Step 4: we replace it โ fast

You changed your mind
Chose the wrong design
Decided you wanted another vibe instead
If the mug is faulty, damaged, or we sent the incorrect one, we will always replace it โ that part never changes.

Weโll fix it straight away. Depending on the situation, you may keep or return the incorrect mug. Either way, you will never be out of pocket for our mistake.
